  why didn't jesus (as the sacrificial lamb) choose bread and wine to signify his life instead of the (if it was actually on the passover) lamb that would have been there per jewish practice?

  also using a lamb would have been consistent with the law...the symbolic ideas would have been linear instead we have lamb represents "passover lamb"/messiah represented by bread and wine?

  The no warfare thing is interesting but the Amish and like german farm religions also have a similar stance.  As well as some eastern mystic religions

  But....have you ever tried to build something? 

  Zoning changes, the permit process..etc  is quite linked with Politics.. 

  Rumor is that in Warwick the wts agreed to no preaching in exchange for building/zoning approval    Can anyone verify??

  What would be the separator? 

  Wts are in every phone book under Religion?

  This idea has ALWAYS made me think that the narrow road was never intended to be looped into organized religion    

  Thoughts?  I'm not dogmatic about anything and love the conversation

  So no real answer than "obey us and we'll get you in?"even though there is no scriptural reason to believe that the new covenant doesn't extend to all who seek it   That there is no scriptural reason to believe that our dependency on another human or group would be our only source of salvation??   It keeps getting stranger  how do people not read how these things apply to them personally   If our complete salvation depends on a relationship with a group of men are we not in our belief making them our savior?

  Now that the JW belief system excludes non-anointed from the New Covenant.  There seems to be a giant hole in the issue of salvation for the majority of members. Can anyone explain this?  Maybe I've not been paying attention close enough, but how does the average witness explain where they sit with their own salvation?

  Great read! I've heard many reference Matt 25 with regard to the ministry. Saying what we offer is lasting (idea of ever lasting life) vs actually feeding, clothing, and visiting (temporary needs) Interesting rebuttle is considering that not a single action mention by Jesus in this separation was lasting in the first place.
